Some works will be delivered framed to prevent damage during shipping and to prevent deterioration of the work.

They are also sold at physical stores, and as they are all one-of-a-kind items, stock status is constantly changing.

We strive to update inventory status immediately, but due to the time lag, even if an item is listed as in stock online, it may have already been sold.

Your order will be officially confirmed when you receive the "Order Confirmation Email" sent after payment.

If the item has already been sold, we will cancel it and process a refund.

Books and merchandise orders will be shipped within one week of the order date.
In order to protect the quality of the works, we will prepare them for packing and shipping after receiving your order, and they will be shipped in about one to one and a half months.

The price displayed in the online shop includes the frame fee, shipping fee, and tax.
