Thanks to you, many visitors came to the "Nagasaka Shingo Exhibition" held at Hankyu Umeda Main Store for two weeks. We are extremely grateful to be able to hold such a large-scale solo exhibition and to have our works viewed in such a venue. 01 About the EV business

The two who had extended their training have decided to extend their training by another two months at their own request in order to gain more skills and experience, and will continue their training in the Philippines until the end of the year. This will be a period in which they can acquire basic knowledge about EV bus structure, parts, assembly, etc., and incorporate that knowledge and skills into their experience.

In addition, three out of four trainees reported that this was their first overseas experience, and that they were able to deepen their intercultural exchange and experience diversity. They seem to be having a wonderful and fulfilling time, and we are also inspired by their enthusiasm.

In addition, a candidate site for an EV assembly plant in Ghana has been selected, and the implementation schedule is becoming more concrete. As announced on October 28, this project with the Philippines is a collaboration with Assemble Point Co., Ltd. We are humbled to be able to work on this project with such a great partner.

02About the recycling business

MAGO BLOCK III, which was announced in early September, has been attracting attention. We are grateful to have seen an increase in sample requests and orders, which also indicates that interest in environmental issues is on the rise.

We are also exploring ways to further increase added value, such as using plant-based materials and collaborating with companies to create blocks using new materials. Furthermore, we are steadily progressing with the processing of the plastic parts of electronic waste collected in Ghana into recycled materials.

Specifically, we are applying heat processing to the material to develop tabletops made from 100% recycled plastic. The quality of the furniture developed using this material has also improved, leading to our first local order! Our business, which started in the slums, is steadily progressing towards profitability locally.

03 About Agriculture

As we reported last month, from October 23rd, we were able to sell our tea at the "Nagasaka Shingo Exhibition" held at Hankyu Umeda in Osaka and on our own EC site! We have introduced a system where we purchase the moringa, the raw material for this tea, from local farmers in Ghana at 10 times the general trading price.

We are also experimenting to create a good circulation for the people who are involved in the most patient process of producing raw materials. Moringa tea has a very gentle leaf flavor. Please try it once.

04 Soccer Business

The selection process for team players has begun in earnest. Many highly motivated and talented applicants have come from Agbogbloshie.

From those, we established a new employment model called "socialized players" and hired seven of them. They work in the factory during the day and train in soccer after work.

And what's more, it has been decided that George Alhassan, a Ghanaian soccer legend who won the Africa Cup of Nations (African continental tournament) and was also the top scorer in the tournament, will be the manager this season!!!

This is a soccer business whose future developments will be something to keep an eye on⚽️

05 Art Project

"GREEN×EXPO 2027" Flower and Greenery Exhibitor Selection Confirmed "Moon Tower Project 2025-2030" Launched!! Program to be held in two locations, Osaka and Yokohama!

As announced in a press release on October 23rd, the "Moon Tower Project 2025-2030" has begun! This is a grand project that will showcase the "Moon Tower" at Osaka's Expo Park and the GREEN×EXPO 2027 Flower and Greenery Exhibition.

06 Superstars Project

A special collaboration between Yu Shirota, an actor and artist who is expanding his range of activities, and the Superstars members of Agbogbloshie has been decided. This collaboration will see the design of the Superstars members used on the distribution jacket of Yu Shirota's new song "Dream Seeds ~I'll be by your side".

I hope many people will listen to Shirota's songs while looking at the picture of the Superstars members on the jacket.
