July Activity Report
01 Recycling Business
Operations at the MAGO BLOCK III production plant were suspended for several weeks due to flood damage on Monday, June 29. Extensive damage occurred across Accra, and recovery efforts are ongoing.
Meanwhile, with continuous orders for projects, we have restored machinery at the fastest possible pace and have now resumed production!
We plan to continue meeting demand by introducing new machinery and strengthening collaboration with partner companies.
Furthermore, regarding marble panel production, following the completion of over 100 orders received last month, we have received additional orders from clients.
We have been actively maximizing production volume since last month by managing shifts for day and night operations.
Our Instagram account also posts updates on how chairs and desks made from recycled materials produced locally are being used in schools! Please take a look.
02 EV Business
Our EV factory, like other business facilities, was flooded on Monday, June 29, due to a historic flood. The water depth reached approximately 50-70 cm, submerging the entire factory.
We conducted recovery work, proceeded with maintenance and purchase of damaged machinery, and after about two weeks, largely completed the restoration and resumed assembly operations.
Even after the launch event we held last month, shuttle operations have continued regularly, and so far, there have been no major issues.
Moving forward, to expand our business, we will diligently work with local staff to collect demonstration data and prepare for the next shipment!

04 Poultry Farm Business
At the poultry farm, we continue to maintain a high level of production, consistently producing over 10,000 eggs, ensuring stable operations.
Renovation of the new poultry farm, which had been underway since last month, has been completed.
With the introduction of 1,000 chicks in mid-June, full-scale operations have begun!
Moving forward, we will gradually expand to 4,000 birds to establish a stable employment base.

～A challenge for "Galleries of Hope" in the slums to spread BONBO STARS to the world～】
We challenged ourselves to create a new art gallery in Agbogbloshie, Ghana, to establish a base of activity for artists to spread their wings to the world.
Thanks to everyone's support, the total amount of support exceeded 125% of the target, reaching "2,525,000 yen."
Thank you very much for your warm support.
In addition to the development of the new gallery, we have overcome heavy rainfall disasters in the area and are now working on recovery from flood damage and improving the activity environment. As reported in the recycling business section, local staff are steadily working towards recovery.
We will continue our activities on site, keeping your warm support in our hearts.
The first BONBO STARS exhibition at a hair salon successfully concluded.
Many customers who visited were able to see a wide variety of works. We also exhibited Moringa products, creating an extraordinary space filled with a Ghanaian atmosphere.

The first BONBO STARS exhibition at a beauty salon concluded successfully.
