01Recycling Business

At the MAGO BLOCK III local production factory, a full-scale production system has been established, and we have started accepting build-to-order production requests!
We plan to offer five color variations by mixing local pigments.
Sales activities in Ghana are also ongoing, and we are developing agencies in the local market. To create actual construction examples, local staff are engaged in sales, production, and distribution, and display items have been installed in the market.

Furthermore, looking beyond Ghana for sales channels, we are also collaborating with international logistics experts, international organizations, and private companies to develop various sales routes.
We will continue to work with local staff to build a sustainable business.

02EV Business

Finally, the assembly of the first EV bus in Ghana has been completed!
The training results in the Philippines for Ghanaian staff have paid off, and the local assembly process was successfully completed.
Thanks to the efforts of not only local engineers but also local staff, we were able to successfully complete test runs of the finished vehicle in preparation for its launch.

  We feel that this is not just an assembly of a single bus, but an achievement that visibly demonstrates the capabilities of our local staff.
As the beginning of our EV business, which will continue to expand, improving operations will remain essential. We will steadily develop our business to transform local public transportation into a cleaner and more sustainable system.

Additionally, we conducted driving tests using the facilities of our local partner company. We will address areas for improvement and aim to obtain appropriate certifications to provide a safe and comfortable mode of transportation for our customers.

03Agriculture Business

04Poultry Farm Business

Since early October last year, we have consistently harvested around 20,000 eggs per month.

Regarding the new poultry farm, which has been in progress since last year, the land assessment has been completed, and an operating permit has been applied for.
After obtaining the operating permit, we will progressively install chicken coops and plan to expand to 4,000 birds! Although this business started with 1,000 birds, the growth of our staff and increased connections with local stakeholders have laid the foundation for future expansion.

Furthermore, we utilize chicken manure for cultivating moringa from our farm business, while also using nutritious moringa in the chickens' diet, demonstrating our local ingenuity and integrated approach. We prioritize these local efforts.
We will continue to operate daily to establish a system that generates stable production profits and employment!

05Art Business

 

 

[BONBO STARS Exhibition]

 

  

The second solo exhibition by "BONBO STARS," artists from the slums of Ghana, Africa, produced by Mago Nagasaka, will be held.
This exhibition will feature over 100 works.
