November Activity Report
01Recycling Business
The MAGO BLOCK III press machine arrived at the factory, and this month we began setting up the factory with the support of our partner companies!
Local staff learned various techniques and knowledge directly from Japanese electrical engineers and factory operations personnel, and were able to complete the prototype.
By producing tiles using waste materials locally, we aim to expand local employment and production volume.

We continue to update this Instagram account with how chairs and desks made from recycled materials produced locally are being used in schools! Please take a look.

02EV Business
Finally, the EV bus arrived at the factory this month!
There were some troubles, but they were resolved safely, and it arrived at the factory in good condition.
We immediately conducted a test run and filming in Accra. Local staff realized that the advanced technology and appearance attracted a lot of interest in the city, and they expect considerable demand.
Going forward, we plan to first operate it as a campus shuttle bus for students within the University of Ghana.
We are currently assembling one unit in preparation for the official launch next year.

04Poultry Farm Business
Since the end of last month, the average daily harvest has continued to be over 680 units.
On November 10th (Monday), we updated our record high with a harvest of 740 units.
Currently, based on the knowledge of stable operation we have acquired so far, we are considering land and expanding the scale of our operations.
We will continue to advance our efforts to create a system that can generate more production and employment.

05Soccer Business
The opening match of MAGO OLD FADAMA STARS FC finally took place!
People from Agbogbloshie, the Japanese community, and even the Japanese Ambassador to Ghana came to support us, which was very encouraging and allowed us to focus on playing.
The result was a resounding 9-0 victory, making for a fantastic start to the season!
Next, the second match, held the week after the first, was an away game (not at our home ground). We weren't told the match venue until the day before, and it was our second game on an unfamiliar dirt pitch. We finally got used to the ground in the second half and created chances, but couldn't score, resulting in a frustrating 0-0 draw.
We will prepare for each match in the weekly league aiming for victory.
We are pleased to announce that a sponsor contract has been signed for the MAGO OLD FADAMA STARS FC 2025-2026 season.
