Here is our activity report. We hope you will take a look.

January Activity Report
01Recycling Business
The local production plant for MAGO BLOCK III, which began its establishment last year, has improved its operations and is now entering full-scale production.
In addition, to further improve quality, prototypes were sent to a partner manufacturer for inspection. We will sequentially work towards full-scale production with even higher precision.
Full-scale sales are also planned, and sales activities in Ghana have begun. First, local staff are engaging in sales and various negotiations to create actual construction examples.
We are also considering international sales, and have begun collaborations with companies involved in international logistics. We will continue to explore various sales channels.
By selling building materials made from local waste, we aim to further improve the environment and employment in the slums.

On this Instagram account, we continue to post updates on how chairs and desks made from locally produced recycled materials are being used in schools! Please take a look.

02EV Business
After completing test runs of the finished vehicles on public roads, we conducted operational tests at the University of Ghana, the actual operating location, at the end of last year. This allowed us to confirm the driving conditions and collect various data for operations.
Currently, the assembly of the first bus is nearing completion, and the local staff are working together daily.
We also made a business trip to the Philippines, where our partner manufacturer is located, to share information and hold discussions based on the data acquired locally.
Considering the actual operating conditions in the Philippines, we are further strengthening our cooperation for future expansion and preparing for the launch event with JICA scheduled for the end of February.

04Poultry Farming Business
Since early October last year, we have consistently harvested over 20,000 eggs per month.
Furthermore, for the expansion of new poultry farms, land evaluations have been completed, and various application documents for operating permits are being prepared. We are progressively proceeding with land leveling and the installation of chicken coops, and with the local staff who are maintaining stable operations, we anticipate expanding to 4,000 birds.
We will continue to advance this project to create a system that generates more production and employment locally.
