Mago Nagasaka, an artist, social entrepreneur, and business owner (hereinafter "MAGO"), will enter into a business alliance (hereinafter "the Alliance") through MAGO CREATION Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mago Nagasaka; hereinafter "MAGO CREATION") with Shinwa Wise Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kenji Takahashi; hereinafter "Shinwa"), which operates an art auction business, for the purpose of strengthening management, expanding markets, and increasing business value.

・Summer 2025: MAGO solo exhibition and charity auction
・Autumn 2025: Participation in domestic and international art fairs / Announcement of overseas projects
・2026: Commencement of Art & Sustainable Capitalism research activities at Stanford University APARC, announcement of collaborative projects with domestic and international museums and art galleries
・2028: Launch of urban regeneration projects in the Global South and Africa
・2030: Announcement of "Sustainable Town for Slum Employment Creation" in Ghana and establishment of an international fund (planned)
