Artworks by artist Mago Nagasaka, who continues to create art using waste electronic equipment dumped by developed countries including Japan, will be exhibited and sold at the Roppongi store.
A new work from the "Transporter" series was created for this event. It features a girl from "Tokyo Tower" carrying a black star with the number "1957" on it, representing Ghana's independence in 1957, against a background of text expressing Nagasaka's thoughts written in the colors of the Ghanaian flag.
In addition to these, we will be introducing a number of new works, including the "Moon" series, which expresses a wish for world peace. In addition, Mr. Nagasaka will be visiting the store and holding a talk show on the following dates.
